Our delivery policy is as follows: All of our in stock items are shipped in 1 - 3 working days with a Royal Mail / DPD signed service.
Our Natural Care, handmade Adornment and Dwelling items are made to order. Please allow an additional 5 working days before dispatch.

- Standard Shipping to the UK (signed for) - £2.99 or FREE on all orders over £50.
- Express Tracked Shipping to the UK - £9.99 or FREE on all orders over £100
INTERNATIONAL
International Shipping (Untracked)- £9.99
We are not responsible for any customs or taxes payable and this has not been included in the shipping cost.
We use cosmetic grade, organic and natural products sourced both from the UK and the country of origin. We use carefully selected active ingredients and not just 'filler' items. Our Ingredients page provides details of all our ingredients and how they can benefit the whole you.
We don't use harmful chemicals in our products. Some products, containing purified water, may require the use of preservatives to prevent the growth of harmful bacteria. In these cases we will use organic and plant derived preservative blends and acids in our formula.
We accept returns on items within 14 days that are unused and in perfect condition with their undamaged original packaging. Please Contact Us to start the returns process.
Orders that are cancelled before dispatch are refunded subject to a 5% administration fee
Refunds are processed in 5 working days. Shipping fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.
EXCEPTIONS
We do not accept returns on earrings, this is for hygiene reasons. We want to be able to provide 100% sterile and ready-to-wear items, once a pair of earrings has left us, we can no longer guarantee this.
Items that are custom made or made to order cannot be returned. This includes all of our Natural Care products and certain Dwelling products.
Anna Philip London is a small customer led business, as a matter of policy, if a payment method triggers a warning or fraud alert, the order will not be accepted. We do this to protect all the genuine users of our website. Most orders go through just fine. If your order does not go though, don't worry, just pop us a message if you think there has been a mistake.
